Daniel Pires, Environmental Consultant

Daniel has 15+ years of experience in environmental engineering, co-founding and vice-president of a Brazilian environmentalist not-for-profit. He most recently coordinated blue carbon projects and community governance programs abroad. In Australia, he worked in an environmental construction company, performing bush regeneration and landscape projects for parks and ecologically sensitive areas. Since 2019, he has served as an independent contractor on international development programs in the South Pacific region.    

Daniel holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Sanitary and Environmental Engineering and, more recently, a Diploma in Project Management Practices from Australia Pacific College, Sydney.
