Dan Miller, Regional Manager – Northern QLD / NT, Paniri Agricultural Co.

Dan Miller brings over 30 years of hands-on agricultural experience to Paniri Agricultural Co., having worked across more than 30 cattle stations throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory. A skilled stockman, trainer, and former rural business owner, Dan’s career has spanned cattle work, horse training, machinery operation, and infrastructure management.

Before joining Paniri, Dan ran a successful business in the horse industry as a farrier, equine dentist, and saddle maker, performing over 11,000 dental procedures and crafting more than 150 custom saddles. He and his wife also built a thriving horticulture and cattle enterprise in Far North Queensland.

With qualifications in frontline management, horsemanship and training, Dan is passionate about developing people and fostering safe, effective stock handling practices. He is a Level 4 Trainer and Assessor, and has received national recognition for his cattle facility designs. At Paniri, Dan supports day-to-day operations across the company’s northern portfolio—mentoring staff, overseeing seasonal teams, and bringing deep practical expertise to every aspect of station life.
