Helen Wyatt, Operations Manager – Paniri Agricultural Co.

Helen Wyatt brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, marketing and business management to Paniri Agricultural Co., having spent much of her career in the pharmaceutical industry across leading multinationals including GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, Sanofi and Novartis.

As Operations Manager, Helen supports Paniri's station and regional managers across the company's northern and southern portfolios, coordinating cattle operations, livestock reporting and day-to-day administration. She also leads Paniri's growing tourism enterprise, overseeing operations at Merluna Station on Cape York Peninsula.

Helen's earlier career spanned brand and portfolio management, marketing strategy, financial management and cross-functional leadership, including national recognition for her contribution to a major product launch. She also founded, ran and successfully sold an award-winning family entertainment business — giving her hands-on experience across every aspect of running an enterprise, from concept and operations through to recruitment and staff management.

Helen holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Cape Town and a Diploma in Business Management from Damelin Management School.
